By accessing and using Gatepilot ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please contact your administrator or exit the platform.
Gatepilot is an enterprise gate management system. Users must use the platform only for its intended purpose, which includes recording vehicle entries, managing driver documents, conducting guard patrols, and generating logistics reports.
Users are responsible for the accuracy of all data entered into the system. This includes vehicle registration numbers, driver identities, and compliance photos. Failure to provide accurate data may result in security breaches and disciplinary actions.
You agree not to attempt to circumvent security controls, perform vulnerability testing, or reverse-engineer the Gatepilot platform. Any discovered security issues must be reported immediately to CodePilotX Security.
While we strive for 99.9% uptime, Gatepilot is provided "as is." We are not liable for any downtime, data loss, or secondary logistics costs caused by temporary system unavailability or network errors at the facility level.
Access can be revoked at any time by your facility administrator or the Platform providers for violation of these terms or at the end of your employment contract.
